How to add password to QR code for free with ZodQR?

To use password protection on your QR codes, you need to generate QR code from Dashboard:

  1. Select a dynamic QR code type to generate
  2. Enter your QR code content
  3. At Config step, enable Password option. Enter your desired password.
  4. Styling your QR code as needed, then finish the QR code creation.

What user will see when scan QR with password

When your users scan a QR code with password, they won't direct to its destination or see its content. Instead, a form will show up and ask for a password.

Only if correct password submitted, they continue with QR content.

How to update / remove password for a QR code

To update the password, click the Config button on the QR card.

Here, you can enter new password for your QR code, or disable password completely by turn off the Password option. Click Save to save new config. Your config will take effect immediately.
