Each row in your CSV file contains two key pieces of information:

• phone_number: The recipient phone number or shortcode to which the SMS will be addressed.
• message: The pre-populated body text of the SMS message.

When a user scans one of these generated QR codes with their smartphone camera, it automatically opens their native messaging app (SMS) pre-filled with the exact target phone number and text message. The user simply hits "Send" to complete the action. Because these are static QR codes, the underlying phone number and message payload are encoded directly into the code itself—meaning they work permanently without relying on redirects or server availability.
