Zapier Integration

Automate your QR code workflow with Zapier. Automatically generate codes from Google Sheets, send scan data to your CRM, or get Slack alerts for new scans.

ZodQR integrates with Zapier, allowing you to automate workflows whenever your QR codes are scanned. With Zapier, you can connect ZodQR to thousands of apps such as Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, and many more.

Zapier integration is available for Starter and Pro users.

What You Can Do with Zapier

Using scans trigger

Currently, ZodQR has 1 trigger for integrating with Zapier - scans trigger. Whenever your QR codes are scanned, your Zaps will be triggered and run automatically:

  • Send scan data to Google Sheets
  • Notify your team in Slack when someone scans a QR
  • Add scan events to Airtable or Notion
  • Create CRM leads when your marketing QR codes receive scans
  • Automate reporting and analytics pipelines

Your Zap will receive scan information from ZodQR:

  • QR code ID
  • QR code name
  • Location (country, city) of the scanner
  • Device type
  • Browser
  • Language
  • Scan time

Use this data to automate notifications, logging, reporting, or syncing with external systems.
